Mr. Mohammed Iqbal is a visionary entrepreneur with over 28 years of proven leadership in business, sales, and management across India, Nepal, UAE, and Qatar. He began his entrepreneurial journey in Qatar in 1995 and has since built a legacy of innovation, growth, and excellence.
He is the Chairman of American Hospital Clinic, Doha – Qatar and the Founder & Owner of Qatar Freelance Trading and Contracting Co. WLL, where his strategic foresight and leadership have been instrumental in establishing successful ventures across diverse sectors.
As Chairman of Freelance Fishmeal & Oil Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Iqbal brings his global experience, business acumen, and commitment to quality to drive the company’s vision forward. Widely respected for his achievements, he continues to inspire with his dedication, philanthropic spirit, and ability to create sustainable value for industries and communities alike.
Mr. Gujjarbettu Ebrahim Beary
Managing Director
Mr. G. Ebrahim Beary, aged 63, is a seasoned entrepreneur with over five decades of experience in the fish trading business. He has been deeply associated with the supply of raw fish and allied products, building a strong reputation for reliability and expertise in sourcing high-quality raw material from coastal markets.
He now serves as the Managing Director of Freelance Fishmeal & Oil Pvt. Ltd., bringing his vast trading experience and business acumen into the fishmeal and fish oil industry for the very first time. His leadership ensures a steady supply chain and strong partnerships that form the backbone of the company’s operations.
In addition, Mr. Beary is a Partner of T.A. Fisheries, Malpe, Udupi and Partner of Ideal Sea Food, Brahmavar, strengthening his presence in the fisheries sector. With his deep market knowledge and long-standing industry relationships, he provides Freelance Fishmeal & Oil Pvt. Ltd. with a solid foundation to grow and expand successfully.

Key Departments
The company’s operations are divided into five main departments, each with a clear chain of command:
Led by the Account Manager, this department handles all financial operations with the support of the Accounts Team.
This department manages human resources, with a Shift Incharge overseeing a Supervisor and the General Workers.
The Raw Material Purchaser is in charge of this department, which includes a Receiving Area Incharge who manages the Receiving Area Workers.
Headed by the Quality Controller, this department is responsible for quality assurance, with a dedicated Lab Analyst who performs necessary tests.
This department, led by the Production & Maintenance Incharge, manages all aspects of production. The team includes a Production Supervisor, a Shift Incharge, and the Operation Workers.
